To explain how it all works,first you have to understand that any COH2 dlc requires the base/vanilla game to be installed.For example,even if you bought only the western front army,you still need to install the whole game including all other dlcs in order to play.This is to ensure that you can still play with those who have a different dlc from you.Imagine if you didn't have any of the british forces dlc files.how are you going to be able to play against them? It is just how the system nvoluted as it is.
